About the company

An AI technology company in Orlando, building the systems established businesses run on.

AI automation and managed IT, with marketing alongside, from one team and one point of accountability. Founded in New York City in 2003 and incorporated in Florida in 2008.

Where we started

A smaller company does not have to outspend a bigger one. It has to outsmart it.

The company opened in New York City in 2003. Its clients were businesses competing against much larger firms, and the belief that shaped those years still shapes the work: your business can compete like a larger one when the technology behind it is built properly.

Honesty is the policy: if an engagement does not make business sense, you will be told before you spend money.
The story behind the company, from its start to the operation running today.
The A.I.M. framework

Three pillars, one team that already knows your systems.

A is AI automation. I is IT and managed services. M is marketing. Start with one pillar. Add the others later.

  • AI automation: agents that answer your phone and qualify the leads, then book the appointments and handle follow-up.
  • IT and managed services: monitoring and help desk, security and networks, phones and backups.
  • Marketing: search and paid advertising, plus email outreach and direct mail.
How an engagement is sequenced

Stabilize first, automate second, grow third.

Starting at phase three is expensive, because advertising into a business that cannot answer the phone burns the budget twice.

  1. Stabilize. The network and the backups. The security gaps, and the website that quietly loses leads.
  2. Automate.AI agents take over the repeated work that eats your team's hours.
  3. Grow. With steady systems and hours freed up, marketing and sales can scale.
Who does the work

The disciplines live in-house, so your problem is not handed to a subcontractor.

Founder-led since 2003, Orlando-headquartered. You will speak with the owner on your first call.

  • Networks

CCNP-level Cisco expertise on the networks your traffic runs on.

  • Build

Developers build the websites and applications, and the links between them.

  • Brand and video

Designers handle brand work. Producers shoot and edit video.

  • Our own infrastructure

Hosting and backups sit on equipment we control, and so do the phones and the AI workloads.

Where we work and when we answer

On-site across Central Florida, remote across the country.

As a company that runs security for other businesses, we limit what we publish about our own staff, and you meet the people who serve you on the first call instead.

  • On-site engineers cover Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard and Polk counties.
  • Nationwide: AI automation, hosting and streaming, plus remote IT support.
  • Office: 5401 South Kirkman Road, Suite 310, Orlando, FL 32819.
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern, when a live engineer answers.
  • Support coverage: live engineers in business hours; immediate answering after hours, with priority paging under your written plan.
Two focused brands

Two subsidiaries carry part of the work.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers before the call.

What kind of businesses fit best here?

Established companies with a budget and a solvable problem, plus a decision maker who wants a result, and if it is not a fit, you will hear that on the first call.

Are you an IT company or a marketing agency?

Both, plus AI automation. That is the point: when the team running your network also runs your website and your campaigns, the work stays coordinated.

Can a business outside Central Florida hire you?

Yes. On-site visits are limited to Central Florida, while AI automation and hosting reach anywhere in the country, and so do streaming and remote IT support.

Who owns the servers our systems would run on?

We do. We own and operate enterprise-grade dedicated infrastructure, which keeps support and security in one set of hands, along with recovery.

Next step

Bring the problem that is costing your business the most right now.

A 15 to 30 minute call. A straight answer on fit, and the right next session if there is one.
