Websites and streaming

A business website has one job: turn a visitor into a conversation.

We build sites around that job, then host and support them, so instead of one that only lists what you do, you get a site that answers and captures leads and routes each one.

Brochure site versus Smart Site

A brochure site waits for someone to act. Yours can work the shift you cannot.

A brochure site is a printed folder that happens to live online. It names your services and shows a phone number. Then it waits, while nothing on the page does a thing for the busy visitor who arrives at 9 PM on a Sunday.

How a call is handled: in business hours the caller reaches a person on your team. After hours the number is still answered immediately, and each call is logged and booked instead of left in a voicemail box.

What is built into every site

These are standard on every build, not upgrades you pay to add.

  • AI lead capture across forms and chat as well as phone paths, qualifying and logging every detail.
  • Analytics wired in, so you can see which pages bring inquiries and which ones lose them.
  • SEO foundation: clean structure, titles, descriptions, headings, speed work, readable markup.
  • Click to call and SMS as reply paths, so a tap dials or texts you.
  • Mobile first layouts and CRM integration, so submissions land where your team works.
  • Conversion structure, so each page guides the visitor toward one clear next action.
How a build runs

The plan is in writing before the first design is drawn.

The proposal sets out the review points and who approves each one, and every website project comes with a 30-day support window, after which a maintenance plan keeps the site current.

Where it starts: the discovery call is free; if we proceed, the next step and its terms are agreed before anything is booked.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers before the call.

Will my site be a template?

No. The layout and the structure are planned for your business. So is the content. The approach is set out in the proposal before design starts.

Can you add a store to the site later?

Often, yes. Mention selling online early. The approved scope decides whether a store can be added without a rebuild.

What do you need from me during the project?

Time for the agreed reviews. Your logo and photos. Answers about your services and your best customers. Photography and copy can be produced for you. Brand assets can be too.

Is my old content moved over?

Pages worth keeping are moved and improved, and outdated addresses are redirected, while search performance is watched after launch under a plan that is agreed before launch.

The ownership pledge. You own your website, your content, and your data, and the agreement says so in writing. Everything is built on standard, portable technology, so leaving never means starting over.

Next step

Bring the site you have, or a list of what it fails to do.

A 15 to 30 minute call. A straight answer on fit, and the right next session if there is one.
